All of a sudden E-mail and FB issues?

All of a sudden with in the last like 2 hours my BB Pearl 8130 just completely quit sending me my FB updates and I am no longer receiving Emails or Text messages.  It's driving me crazy I need to be updated on my E-mails when they come in.  Help! :smileysad:

I just talked to technical support and it's an issue with all Blackberries.  They're working on it and it should be fixed "soon".

I hope they are working on it. I've had this problem for several DAYS, not several hours. Anybody else been experiencing it for longer than a few hours?

I have no FB issues but I have not been able to send or receive emails since 9/8. I did finally call Verizon today and they said that it is the blackberry enterprise server issues. At least 50% of customers could be affected....I'm one of them! My service status says that the server is not connected. I think it's time for a partial refund  : (

There was a couple of days this week that the Blackberry internet service was down or struggling. It was documented on Crackberry.

If you are connecting to an Exchange Server via Blackberry Enterprise Server(BES) then contact your system administrator at you company.

If you are using the Blackberry Internet Service(BIS) then follow this link and setup an account filling in the necessary information

http://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

You ESN number and Pin number can be found under the OPTIONS>STATUS

From there you can register your email address's and setup new ones and also resend your service books.

From your phone you can re-register you phone to the network by going to OPTIONS>ADVANCED>HOST ROUTING TABLE>PRESS THE BLACKBERRY BUTTON> SELECT REGISTER NOW

Does anyone know when this is going to be fixed?  How did I ever live without email on my phone?

 

I didn't experience any problems until around 5PM CST today

I started getting two of the same community board emails on my home comp. and now none on my BB.. The double emails seemed to have stopped on my home comp. but none are comig thru on BB as of yet. I am in CST.
