Help !!!! My phone was working great last night, but today everything but the phone works. I can text, email and receive voicemail notifications- I can't even get the phone option to come up. I keep getting a message saying "Uncaught Exception". Any ideas? I am in rural Alaska and there are no verizon stores here and I can't use the telephone to call support:(((
