So this morning i had an update to my nfl mobile app on my phone and once the update was complete and i rebooted the device i received the "App Error 200" with reset option. i clicked to reset device and after 15 minutes of reboot same thing occured. I next proceeded to remove battery from device and replace for hard rest but still same message. plug into computer to see if i can do anything through desktop software manager and it will not recognize device. need help.
