my setup is vista, BB 8300, desktop version 47037 . Problem is when ever I try to sync with my data in my outlook 2003 everything works except for the calendar. it does not sync. when I try to sync just the calendar the page called "synchronization in progress" come up for about 10 sec and goes back to the main page. I tried with all date sync (cal, phone book, task, memo) and it all works but the calendar. it use to work but I don't know what happen. I also tried to install and uninstall the desktop app. no results.
is there a file (configuration) in desktop folder or within the BB itself that controls this?
Also why does my BB create calendars for every email I sync? now i have data in few calendars with different data in them i have to sync with my outlook. I tried to make the default CICAL under options->advanced options->default services_>calendar (cical) to desk top and messaging (cmime) to my email address. so now i have 4 calendars that have different data in them. is there another config area where i need to tell my BB to sync spcific calendar with my out look? otherwise this defult thing is not working for me.
all I want is one calendar that will sync with my desk top via outlook!!!!!
How can I delete those other calendars i don't want from my BB in short of deleting the email sync.
i would greatly appreciated if anyone can help me. BB is worthless to me if i can't sync the calendar to my outlook.
