BB Bold 9650 6.0 Charging Problems

I have a BB Bold 9650 (have had it for a couple years) and just recently began having a charging issue. The phone will ONLY charge when plugged into my computer thru the USB port. I can not get it to charge using either the wall charger or the car charger. I have tried various outlets at home and at work and have tried two different chargers getting the same results. The phone will show that it is plugged in on the screen (battery with plug-in symbol) but the flashing lightning bolt does not display and it won't charge. Same on screen display with car charger, also. Please any help would be appreciated, b/f I upgrade or replace the phone.

I recommend trying a new battery for your BB Bold 9650. Assuming you have never replaced the original battery, it is time for a replacement. They are very affordable (as low as $5 including shipping) at a number of internet vendors (I prefer Amazon) for OEM batteries.

I appreciate the quick response! I just replaced the battery (purch'd new battery) last week to try that and I used my brothers charger and I'm getting the same results! Still looking for a solution. Appreciate your ideas, though!
