BB Storm 9530 mobile network connection setting goes to 'OFF'

To conserve power I set Off/on time values for the auto on/off with connections to be enabled. When phone comes on in morning the mobile network connection remains OFF. Also when in NYC subway, mobile network connection is changed to  OFF when signal is lost and does not return on. I must turn on network connection manually.

 

 

Is this problem experienced by others? Is there a recommended solution?

I have a BB Curve 8330.  I have the same problem with the network connection getting turned off.  Only I don't have the automatic turn off and on activated.  I turn it off manually at night and then in the morning I manually turn it back on.  That is when I find (about 25% of the time) that my network connection option is off.  Any solutions yet?

As of right now RIM has no fix for the issue on the Curve.  It has been reported and hopefully an update will come........
