BB Storm Problem with VCast Rhapsody

I have the VCast Rhapsody To-Go Plan and downloaded several songs to my BB Storm, which is said to be capatible with VCast Rhapsody. I see the songs on my phone under Media, but, when I go to play them I get this message,

"You do not have the rights to play this content. You may need to synchronize with your PC in order to obtain these rights."

 

Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?!

Hi Annissaworobec,

 

Myself and many other Storm owners are having the same problem as you with Rhapsody and so far no fix. I have been told that the new software update will take care of this problem. It is a known Problem and so far no one knows how to fix it...(per Verizon) Don't bother with getting help from Rhapsody, they are totally useless. And I mean that.....

 I am sorry no one replied to you yet. Your posting is kind of hidden in the wrong forum. It probably should be in the Storm forum not Mobile TV??? If I could move it for you ,  I would, but I don't know how..I am not saying that to be mean but trying to get you more replies..
