BB Tour 9630 SW upgrade from 4.7 to 5.0.0.732

Back in March '10, I upgraded my BB software OTA from 4.7 to 5.0.06*.  I noticed loss of the following functions:  Auto locking of the handset when holstered; voice recognition dialing disabled; set ring tone/alerts, sound in holster set to "no", the phone sends tones.  Luckily when I contacted VZ, the replacement phone they sent still had the 4.7 software.  

 

I'd like to upgrade to the 5.0.0.732 SW version if the issues have been resolved.

 

Has anybody noticed the problems I've mentioned still in the latest release?
