This is the first BB Tour I get after having had problems with my BB curve. The camera takes horrible pictures and the flash stays on too long after I click to take a new picture. Is there a way to fix this problem withought having to order a new phone??? Please help.

Is your Tour running the latest BB software version? Not sure if the problem you describe is a known issue that might be fixed in a software update, but it's worth checking. Contact technical support from a different phone, have yours with you, at 800-922-0204 or *611 from a different VZW mobile to check the SW version. If there is an update that will correct the problem, VZW will direct you to the nearest corporate store to have the phone updated at no charge.
However, if there is no software fix for it. Then you will most likely have to ask VZW to replace the phone agaig under warranty.

Thanks for your prompt response... II am using version 4.7.1.61... I think version 5 is out there somewhere but I will call customer service before I attempt an upgrade.
Thanks again.
