BB not working in SA

I have notice that the SA pin nrs start with 2... and this one does not.  Any help please

Sorry full message is.  I bought a BB Storm from abroad.  The BIS is not working.  I have notice that the pin in South Africa starts with a 2 and this one does not.  any help please

Great question! It's important to have a properly working phone at all times. Let's get this fixed. Is your Blackberry currently active on a Verizon Wireless line? What country are you in now? What Blackberry device do you have? Are you receiving any error messages? Keep me posted.
