This is re: a Torch 9850 with OS7 received on 09/09/11. When using my Storm II, Backup Assistant worked like a champ. I did a restore of the Storm II data onto the Torch 9850 and received an error message and BU Assistant could not complete. I exited out of BU assistant and tried to run it again with the same error message.
I deleted BU Assistant from my device, deleted my contact list and calendar (both in Outlook 2003). I also deleted the data files held at Verizon (including the trash) .
I ran backup assistant and it appeared to upload 277 records to Verizon, then when it was receiving records, it got to 3 records and failed.
Hopefully, someone can tell me what I've done wrong.
