BlackBerry 8830 V4.5 Filmware doesn't install

 have an 8830 with verizon on an enterprise server. I have downloaded the V4.5 filmware update on my pc but when I run the 8830AMEA_PBr4_1_.5.0_rel205_PL3.4.0.30_A4.5.0.138_Verizon_Wireless.exe I get an error. It does not run. see screen shot at

your computer requires administrator sign in for it to install programs. Sign in as admin and it will work
