I woke up this morning picking up my phone a (BlackBerry Curve 8330) and the screen was black. I figured it was dead so I plugged it up and the screen appeared showing a full charge. When I went to use it every key on the phone had stopped working except the trackball it would and still will move all around my home screen, but I can't access any applications at all. When I stop rolling the trackball around the screen for a few seconds it will go black again and stay that way until I unplug it and plug it back in. I talked to tech support and they had me download upgrades and reload the phone yet it is still the same. I have taken the battery out numerous times to reset it with the same result every time. Has anyone had this problem or got any other suggestions?
i just found another post that was about the same problem with a fix for it this is the post to look for if anybody else has had the same problem
