I have 3 Questions.

  • I changed the password on my hotmail account on my computer.  How do I change it on my phone?  In hotmail and Windows Live Messanger?  I didn't change my password for FaceBook--they were the same~~And I don't get FaceBook on the phone since the hotmail account password change.  How can this be? 

  • My Storm goes to camera OFTEN and for no reason.  Is there something I can do about this?

 

  • In a call, my MUTE button will not go from mute to not muted...won't budge and I have to re-call whoever I was talking to.  Is there some magic thing beside hit the mute button that gets the phone off mute?

Well JCMissy, I tried to edit my message but I could not so. I wanted to add my 0.02 cents about the mute issue. This is a known bug in the OS. I have this issue as well. However, if this happens to you again there is a mute button on the top of the device. If your looking at the face of the device, on the left will be the lock button, on the right is the mute/unmute. Try using this to unmute. The other way to unmute is to press your menu(Blackberry) button and select unmute.
