I'm fairly new to the BlackBerry world. I have my sounds programmed, but nothing happens when an incoming call/msg comes in. But when I play my music, sound comes out. I did check the notification profiles and they are not on mute. It doesn't even vibrate.

Try a battery pull to see if things work better. If that doesn't do the trick, let us know here in the forums and we will try to find an answer.
