Blackberry 8330 problems

The track ball will move the cursor on the screen, however none of the others keys work.  The phone shows I am receiving a call, however I can't answer it.  I have taken the battery out and put it back in......still not working. The phone has not gotten wet.  Does anyone have a suggestion on what the problem is and how do I fix it?

Trick that mite work is to take and leave the batt out. Put it in a bag with some rice and let sit for for a few days to try a remove the moisture. There's a small chance it will work again. Or if you have insurance go that route
