The recharge connection jack on my 8330 has loosened, and I can't recharge the phone. This also happened to a previous 8330 I had while it was on warranty and it was replaced. I can't believe that I'm the only person that has had this problem with this phone. I consider it a design flaw, or at minimum very flimsy for such an expensive phone. I've had other cell phones and I used my t-mobile cell phone for years and this has never happened to me. In fact, my t-mobile phone still recharges easily, and I've used it to recover contact info. The newest Blackberries seem to have a more stable jack connector. Has anybody else experienced problems with their jack connection with their blackberries, particularly the 8330?
