I have a friend that has a Blackberry 8350 Curve. He receives some video text messages which are an all in one. When he tries to forward them to my HTC Eris I receive the text but the video comes in as an imagegif.gif. Can anybody tell me why this is happening? Is there an app on the Blackberry that isn't in the Eris?
Usually this happens because of how differently the two phones are formatted. The message settings on both of the phones could be set up differently, therefore when it comes to your phone, it will not come exactly how it came with the blackberry.
