hi all im new here.
like the title says my bb 9550 has a white screen with error 365 reset.
ive tried reloading the OS (with DM, ands some other 3rd party applications) but the thing is the device constantly connects and disconnects from the pc. and i have been stuck at "waiting for device initialization" and it goes no further. any help would be much appreciated.
