OK I have an account and I was given a blackberry, and I really don't want get a new phone cue I don't have the cash to get a new one, now ma phone is telling me to insert a sim card why, and I called customer service and we did everything manually, then I don't want go to a retail cuz I might get told the same how can I get this problem resolve??
