i am trying to download a app called sms cruch on my blackberry curve 2. it is giving me an error message: Unable to validate the email address and password combination. (error id 30601)

i entered my email and the password.. im not sure what to do now?

Try resetting your password. I have provided the steps below:

Click the Forgot Password? link from the BlackBerry ID login page.

Enter the email address associated to the BlackBerry ID account.

Enter the answer to the security question that was created during your BlackBerry ID account creation.

A prompt will then indicate that a reset email has been sent to your email account. Open the email and click on the included link to reset the password.

After clicking the link to reset the password, a web page will open to the password reset information page. You will again need to enter the answer to the security question that was created during the BlackBerry ID account creation process. Then enter the new password in the two password fields provided. When completed, click OK to continue.

A message will then be displayed indicating that the password change has been completed.
