I take very good care of my Blackberry, after all, it is my life! Yesterday after taking the cell phone off of the charger (fully charged) the keys would not work, none of them...not even to power off. I removed the battery and the phone started back up, the home screen was displayed for a few seconds before disappearing. I repeated taking the battery out and no results. When a phone call is coming in the phone rings but i am unable to see who is calling (no display) nor am i able to answer the call (not a single button works).
Thoughts?!
Is there a way to contact tech support (if need be) via internet?

You can call tech support on another phone. What carrier do you have? How long have you had your phone (maybe under warranty)? I have seen other support forums address this issue. Look at Crackberry.com. Have you tried another known good battery?

This same thing started happening to my blackberry this morning too. The phone is only a 8 mo. old and I did the same routine with the battery. No luck. I might have to take it in today for tech support.
