Help, I can't be without a phone. My buttons on my phone will not work. It randomly turns on and I can scroll but not select and none of the buttons will work. I have tried charging, taking the battery in and out and downloading software. Kids dropped a bucket on it.
Sounds like internal damage. May not be 'fixable'. Still under warranty? Insurance? Or better yet . . . time for an upgrade!
I'm thinking the same thing. Bucket drop = not repairable. Sorry to hear this.
