Everyone couple of days for the last week, my blackberry would go to a white screen and read "Error 102, reload software. For further information, please visit: www.blackberry.com/102." I did this, repaired the software on my blackberry, and rebooted it. Now the error message has changed to "Error 507, reload software. For further information, please visit: www.blackberry.com/507." It will not do anything from this point, no matter what I do. I thought I had warranty coverage on the device, but I can't find any information online. All I want is for this device to survive until I can upgrade to something better. I can't afford to pay full price for a new phone. Please help!

Oh yikes! I know how important it is to have a working phone. The next step I would complete would be a Master Reset. Here is how you can complete it http://bit.ly/zK7LOX. Let us know if the issue still persist after the reset.
