I was on the phone for an hour with a tech JUST trying to figure out why I pay for data that I cant use!! After a year and a half I have not been able to get on internet from my phone(i know, dumb me for not calling sooner) The message I get: You are currently on a service plan that requires a Wi Fi connection to use this application. Service guy sounded as if he knew what he was talking about, we went thru this and that and around again...I finally just hung up..any one have a clue for me???
