How do I turn on the Spam filter in email for Blackberry Curve?

The BlackBerry sends all messages from any account you configure it to. To reduce your SPAM on the BlackBerry your ultimate solution is to reduce it in the configured email accounts. The BlackBerry is simply duplicating messages you have already gotten. You can always forward your messages thru Gmail and then to the BlackBerry. Gmail does a good job of stripping out SPAM.

You can set up filters on the BIS site.

I have a bunch of filters for things like drugs, pills, diplomas, etc.  Look at the subject lines of the spam and pick out the most common words.  You can filter on words in the subject lines and tell it to not forward to your BlackBerry.  It doesn't stop all the spam but it does help some.
