The phone is on and I can move the cursor but no other keys work. I have taken the battery out for various lengths of time...can't get it to work. Please help.
I have had the same problem. I tried reloading OS and battery pulls. You will have to call VZ or take your phone in. If you have it less than a year they should give you a new one no questions.
