First, check your gmail account settings to make sure that it is configured to a pop3 account address. Next you will need to click the blackberry button (7 dot key) to go to the main list of icons from the main menu. Scroll through the list and click the world icon with the folder on it (email settings).
It should be pretty straight forward from this point. Add new account ----> Enter email address ----> Enter email password ----> Scroll with the trackball to highlight next and click in the trackball. It should auto-configure.
If these steps do not work, there is something wrong with either your email account or your account itself. Call data tech (*611), or stop into a store if the problems persist.
