I recently changed to a Blackberry Curve from an HTC Ozone smartphone. I have a plantronics Voyager bluetooth headset and when I try to locate the headset, my blackberry cannot find it. This headset is working fine - worked with my smartphone. How do I get my bb to recognize the headset? Thanks!
Did you put the bluetooth in the sync mode for the phone to detect it? To sync the device, Press + button (volume) and Silver button (on boom) at simultaneously. LED Light will blink RED & BLUE.
Also in the radios on your phone, make sure that you have Bluetooth turned on. It could be turned off due to energy savings.
