Blackberry Curve not synchronizing contacts from internet backup assistance

I am trying to synchronize my contacts onto my blackberry curve. it will not synchronize and it is sending me a text message everytime i try. the text message reads...     //F1TYPE=SAS,UI=1,CONT=0,0,3;  I am on the internet on a laptop. what should i do?

Your should be able to synchronize the contacts directly from the phone. Download the Backup Assistant application. For how to information go to: Backup Assistant How To.
