So I'm fairly new to the Storm and it's software. Totally love the fact that it just had an update which seems to have made it work a lot better. Something that has always bothered me, and I dont know how to make it work is BDM. The program itself works fine but if I want to put media on it I cant.
I click on Media, which takes me to the media screen and I only have one option. Blackberry Media Sync, Media Manager is greyed out, and when I click on the Blackberry Media Sync it always tells me that I need to restart BMD with administrative privleges which I do and then it still doesnt work.
I know that I can just pop the card out and put files on it that way, but why doesnt the program work for me? Anything I can do?
i think you should renintall it and make sure u have the roxio add on for media i think you need to have that to put movies and music on your phone you should check if you have it. just go to blackberry.com and download it.
