I use my BB Curve with Outlook 2007 and have been synching my calendar and contact list on a daily basis since I first got my Curve on June 30.
Today I received an error message during the synch which said "Function Open Folder failed" when attempting to read my Outlook Address Book.
I'm not aware of any changes from Microsoft during the last 48 hours that would have impacted Outlook.
How can I correct this issue so I can begin synching again?
