Blackberry Price Drop

I just noticed that the prices of all the pda/smartphones, except for omnia and tour,

have dropped to $99 or less. Is this another sign that some new smartphones will

be showing up in the next few weeks?

In the next few weeks? Probably not, more like the next 2-3months. The Storm 2 is supposed to be released sometime November. The HTC Touch Pro 2 and Omnia 2 should be released October/November ish as well. They usually drop prices a couple of months in advance of releasing new phones so they have enough time to clear the inventory out.
