I have had the bb storm 2 since jan or feb of 2010 and have had to replace this phone, going on the 6th or 7th time for numerous reasons, the charging ports go bad, the touch screen has lost its compacity. I'm highly frustrated and am **bleep** off. The phone has proven itself unworthy and unreliable. Having to wait 2 days on another replacement for the same thing, because they dont have a stock replacement in store and if I did an EARLY upgrade, it would cost me sale price of any other phone 250 plus 20 early upgrade penalty. Almost 300! Rediculous! I'm not a happy customer by any means!!! Having to go to the verizon store every 3-6 months, which is what I've had to do the past year and .5 is not what I had in mind for service or device quality for my cell phone and verizon is by no means trying to go beyond customer expectations. Uggghhhh!!!!!!
