Blackberry Storm 9530 - VCast Rhapsody audio issues

Hello,

My wife and I purchased Blackberry Storm's last week and I'm already having some issues that I hope can be easily rectified, but so far my research (including calling Tech Support) have yielded no answers.  I've done the battery pull, enabled mass storage, removed playlists/reloaded them, synchronized, etc., quite a few times and the problem(s) persist.  Specifically, below are the 3 errors that I am having when attempting to play the music that I've downloaded onto my Storm from Rhapsody (and synchronized device with PC).

1)  An error occurred while attempting to play media

2)  The media processor is busy

3)  The media being played is of an unsupported format.

I had some initial issues with Rhapsody, but then it 'fixed itself' somehow and I was able to get the music loaded and it played for a couple days, then, this morning, the above errors prevented the music from playing.

My second issue is that, now, when the OS reboots and loads back up, an exception is being thrown.

Specifically, the error is:  'Uncaught exception: javalang.illegalStateException'

Are there actual Verizon technical personnel who read and respond to these forums that can let me know what, if anything, I can do to resolve these issues?  Additionally, if any member out there has had the same issues, and have fixed your problems with something other than a 'battery pull', could you please let me know?

I'm still within my window to turn the phone back in as I just purchased it last week...if I can't get these issues resolved, I'll be turning it in.  IF I turn it back in...would it be wise to get another Storm and just write this experience off to bad hardware/buggy software?

Thanks beforehand!
