Blackberry Storm Alarm not working anymore

I've had my Blackberry Storm for several months, on Monday the alarm just stopped working.  When I go to the alarm options and click on Try It, sometimes the alarm will sound but sometimes it only vibrates.  I've turned the power off and back on.  Has anyone else experienced this problem and what was the resolution?
