I'm hoping someone can help me as Verizon cannot!! I have a work email account set up on my storm. Anytime I get a new email in my outlook account on my laptap it duplicates it on my storm. If I go back and reopen an email in outlook it will show up on my phone as a new email. Verizon was of no help on this and i'm ready to smash my phone with a hammer.
Can anyone help? I've brought down my email account and reinstalled it multiple times.
