Blackberry Storm Texting Issue

My blackberry storm is not allowing me to send messages or even forwarding message, can someone please help me.  This phone is driving me crazy... if its not one thing it another.

Is it locking up when you hit send, not letting you click send or are you getting some type of error?

 

  If you're not getting either of those, I would guess it's more of an issue on the VZ side and you may have to call a rep to help you.

 

Are you able to receive them?
