Blackberry Storm / Verizon issues

How do I keep my blackberry storms from the following problems: quit restarting, losing calls, missing calls, locking up, clicking the screen and nothing happens, and battery from draining?

How do I get Verizon to not blow me off while asking for assistance and to resolve my issues with my phone?

I'll try to help you with some of the issues you're having. Are there alot of "third party applications" running in the background? Press the Blackberry button (with dots) there should only be five symbols poping up (Phone, Messages, Browser, Blackberry Messenger, Home). Make sure you "close" whatever appl. you're on, like browser, email, chat, even watching videos in Media, not pressing end or escape because it will still be running. I don't know about the Verizon part, but I helped.
