From my google search, this appears to be a widespread problem, but yet to find an answer. Blackberry storm is set to keep all appointments forever, yet intermittently deletes the majority of them and subsequently deletes them from Outlook. This machine has no excessive software installed, has plenty of memory, is hard rebooted regularly (as it slows down after a day of use). What is the problem?
