I hope someone can help me. I've searched Blackberry site and this site for help with my device password problem but haven't found anything on point. When I go into Password to Set Password, it opens the New Password box but will not allow me to save the password. It just keeps the New Password box open. When I try to Enable password, it prompts to the New Password box and I still can't save it. I understand how it is supposed to work and save, but it is not allowing me to do what the instructions say. Please help. Thanks.
