To me the Storm has way more "protection" then the iphone.(obvious) Storm has the plastic case, with rubber casing that helps against shock. iphone only a rubber skin or a 2 piece plastic case that slips on it's back. I don't know what protects it's touchscreen, don't want to know. A relative of a friend of mine, dropped his 3 iphones and broke, had insurance to cover the 3 times he drop iphone. I only drop my Storm once, and careful about it! Happy with my Storm!!
