My Blackberry 8330 receives emails just fine over the air, but my calendar and contacts only update when I hard synch the device with my computer. When I do this, I get double versions of meetings and contacts. Is there a way to actually set the device up to synch over the air? I have always operated off of a Blackberry server, but at my new job we do not have one.
Verizon help and my IT department have not been able to solve the problem. I could use some advice.
