I'm new to the forum, but not to Verizon.
I currently have a BB Tour (9630) and it's ~3 yrs old. I'm not eligible for an upgrade at my company at this time. However, my BB is really frustrating me and the tech issues just keep getting worse. The phone will actually shut off/reset itself in the middle of important phonecalls, emails, etc. Started out as 1/week...and has now grown to an issue I see ~3+ times a day (and when it resets, it can take up to 10+ minutes)
Any ideas on what I can do until I'm able to get an upgrade phone?
