Blackberry Tour Battery Cover

I just got a Tour and my battery cover slides around a little bit not alot but a little. Its not tight and secure like it is on the tour and my friends Tour's battery cover doesnt slide around like mine either. It is secure and inplace. Does anyone else have the same problem? Is it normal and do you know if Verizon will give me a new phone if it is a problem. Thanks.

I know alot of people have sent them back and or took them back to a store and they swapped them. I think they need to fess up that they had a bad batch of trackballs and battery covers.
