I recently had my Blackberry Tour replaced. The previous unit was using 4.7 or 4.8 of the OS. The New one came with the latest version 5.0.0.732. There have been some enhancements to the OS, but in this case, no matter what I do, I cannot get the Volume, when using a Bluetooth Headset, louder than about 50% of what it was in the previous OS.
It looks like this is a known issue. Anyone else seeing this or found a resolution?
