I am trying to get call forwarding only on calls not answered. The *72 function automatically routes all calls to the forwarding number. The User Guide page 24 says to click Menu, Options, Call Forwarding, but Call Forwarding does not appear on my phone on the Options menu. Does it appear on others' phone?
