After spending many hours trying to get my brand new BlackBerry Tour VZ Navigation to connect/instruct through my Bluetooth Jawbone Headset.....I finally called Verizon Tech Support and was informed that VZ Navigator software does not work with Bluetooth! Very annoying as my other phone-Verizon Voyager- the VZ Navigation worked perfectly with my Bluetooth Headset, Tech support did not seem to think it was a problem, but I can tell you when driving with a passenger/client I do not want the navigation to be heard by anyone but me in my Bluetooth!
Any help out there, can some more customers complain so they will fix this issue!
Maybe they will hear us now!
