All of a sudden my phone is not recognizing the Verizon Network. Antennae signal strength indicator upper rt. hand corner says SOS. It picks up ATT and TMobile. Have turned on and off; removed battery and replaced twice. Cannot call Verizon since I am waiting on a service person at home with no other phone, Verizon is across town and no other way to communicate until later today.
