Blackberry Tour service problem

I have had this Blackberry Tour since January '10.  It was working fine and it seemed like all of a sudden the service was terrible.  Dropped calls all the time.  I have talked to Verizon customer service multiple times and it might have gotten just a little better (4 dropped calls a day instead of 6.)

 

In the mornings, I will have 1XEV service with almost full bars, then it will drop to 1X with a few bars, then it will have just a few bars.  No letters or anything in front of it.  The service is so bad that it drains my battery by lunch time.  I don't receive any of my text messages, emails, or calls. 

 

It is really getting frustrating.  I just wanna get quality service for what I am paying each month.

 

Anyone have any ideas what to do?????
